Location: Saudi Arabia

-Must have prior experience in a similar role.
-Must be able to oversee all operations, ensuring impeccable guest experiences and the seamless functioning of the luxury establishment. This is an midlevel full time job.
-Working with Operational Division Heads to prepare, review, and manage annual Budgets and Capital Expenditure plans, Analyze Profit & Loss, and assist in implementing strategies to increase both rooms yield and RevPAR, thus ensuring overall revenue maximization.
-Assuming Financial Responsibility by supporting the Director of Finance in the preparation and implementation of the budget.
-Supporting the Human Resources Department in active participation in Career Development programmes for colleagues.
*Requirements of Hotel Manager*
-Vocational Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
-Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
-Minimum 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
-Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience.
-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Director of Operations, Resident Manager or Hotel Manager.
-International experience with GCC and/or Dubai is a plus.

-Able to communicate fluently in English verbally and written.
-Able to work with multicultural teams.
-Able to communicate effectively and build professional relationships with the Executive Committee, guests and hotel colleagues.
