As a Projects Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient execution of projects within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project team members.
  3. Communication Facilitation: Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and senior management. Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes to project scope or timeline.
  4. Resource Allocation: Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with department managers to ensure resources are allocated effectively to support project objectives.
  5. Risk and Issue Management: Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the project manager or appropriate stakeholders. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and tracking resolution efforts to minimize project disruptions.
  6. Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance efforts by assisting in the implementation of project quality standards and procedures. Conduct periodic reviews of project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  7. Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. Track project costs, identify variances, and assist in implementing cost-saving measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team as needed, including organizing travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and coordinating logistics for project-related events or activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
  3. 2-5 Years of experience.
  4. Arab Nationals Only
