Job Title: Senior Digital Transformation Program Manager - Arabic Speaking

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Transformation Program Manager who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our digital transformation portfolio, with a focus on overseeing critical initiatives such as loyalty program management and mainframe stabilization and modernization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex transformation projects, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Transformation Portfolio Management:
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of the digital transformation portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee a variety of vital business projects and initiatives, with a focus on digital and retail projects such as SAMA SMS, SAWA Re-Charge STC Channels, and loyalty management system (LMS).
  1. Loyalty Program Management:
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the loyalty program, including strategy development, program design, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, drive loyalty, and maximize the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.
  1. Mainframe Stabilization and Modernization:
  • Lead the mainframe stabilization and modernization program, which includes multiple projects aimed at offloading account lists, beneficiary lists, credit card transactions, and disabling modules from the mainframe to other systems such as ODS.
  • Ensure smooth transition and integration of mainframe functions to modernized systems, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  1. Project Management:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all initiatives within the digital transformation portfolio.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to gain support and alignment for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
