Senior Real Estate Development

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Development to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate development, with a maximum of 5 years of experience. As a Senior Real Estate Development, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire real estate development process, from concept to completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the entire real estate development process, including site selection, due diligence, design, construction, and leasing.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and other professionals involved in the real estate development process.
3. Prepare and submit project proposals, budgets, and schedules for approval.
4. Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.
5. Monitor and control project costs and budgets.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each project.
7. Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Oversee the selection and management of contractors and subcontractors.
9. Manage and motivate a team of project managers, architects, and other professionals.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in real estate development.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate development, with a maximum of 5 years of experience.
2. Saudi nationality, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
3. Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
9. Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to real estate development.
10. Ability to travel as needed.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
