Tender and Proposal Engineer

A Tender and Proposal Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience is required for a company specializing in landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BIM-Revit and AI technologies. This role involves managing the tender and proposal process for landscape projects, utilizing advanced technologies to develop competitive and innovative proposals. The candidate should have a strong understanding of landscape design and construction, as well as the ability to leverage BIM-Revit and AI to enhance project proposals. The role also requires coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure successful tender submissions and proposal development.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze project requirements and client needs for landscape projects.
2. Develop competitive and innovative proposals using BIM-Revit and AI technologies.
3. Collaborate with landscape designers and architects to incorporate design elements into proposals.
4. Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
5. Manage the tender process, including document preparation, bid submissions, and post-tender negotiations.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information for proposals.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM-Revit and AI technologies.

Preferred Candidate:
