In Middle East and especially in the gulf a lot of employers are interested in hiring Oracle certified staff, which Oracle tool is really required ?

The problem is they are not specific about which field is really required, do you have any clue ? is it Oracle SQL, Java, ERP, Financial or, APEX ? I've seen job postings stating Oracle certification or experience as a requirement, the question is Oracle what ? because Oracle is an IT & Software company not a tool, a program or a system to learn or to be certified in.

Apart from being Oracle expert always the client will give preference for the mixed bag experience which include of added other training in similar software

or equivalent or integrated ones
