What software do most banks use to keep track of people's accounts?

Carbon copy is shrtly called as CC and Blind carbon copy is called as BCC. while sending email the person who we marking in CC is secondary level to know the information. when we mark anybody in BCC it mean that the information we sending is hidden from the person marked in TO.
