In which document can you find the product acceptance criteria?

Requirements documentation may look a good document for the specific answer , but generally the product in high international scope must be certified by certifications of accredited SOCIETIES just like ISO, A.s.m,e ,API,tot , din, this in industry and actually it depends on the product it self other areas of focus it must be secured ,safe ,and have no impact on heath or security , such certification are also awarded by special societies of concern , for local measurements then the product should comply with international standards or at least a reference measure just like manufacturers as you can not design and market product on your own measurements and specifications it has to be supported and acknowledged  , actually if you are in food or bottling or automobile or medicine or pharmacology or aviation or marine or electric or construction industry your specifications for a product should always be supported by a recognized other standards , the subject can not be taken lightly
