Who You Are:


- A seasoned FMCG Maverick with a bachelor's degree (or higher) and at least 10 years of high-octane experience in business development or sales management, including a significant stint in the African arena.

- A Strategic Visionary with a proven playbook for appointing and managing exclusive distributors, armed with an impressive network and a deep understanding of Africa's distribution channels.

- A Negotiation Gladiator and Relationship Architect, skilled in building and maintaining strategic partnerships across diverse cultural landscapes.

- A Data-Driven Strategist with a sharp analytical mind, capable of deciphering market trends and turning them into actionable growth plans.

- An Inspirational Leader fluent in English, with bonus points for mastery in French or Portuguese, ready to guide teams across borders and barriers.
