Head Waiter/ Head Waitress - Russian Speaker

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, including waitstaff and hosts/hostesses
• Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor new and existing staff members, providing guidance on service standards and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and effective manner - Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations Contribute to the development and implementation of service-related policies and procedures - Assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for patrons Requirements
• Proven experience as a Waitress or similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients, and service techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is desirable
