    Sales Manager focusing on the Power Generation & Water Greenfield Business. Gather, structure and monitor customer profile, customize ranking, market demand, business potential through continuous customer visits and guarantee a leading and building long term relationships with key customers at all levels. Collecting inquiries/quotations from clients/sub-contractors to study/evaluate them.Analyzing customer specifications and coordinating with design and proposals teams to deliver suitable offers.

    As a Senior Sales Engineer you will be responsible for: 1. Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups. 2. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. 3. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. 4. Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls. 5. Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. 6. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions). 7. Assuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. 8. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration. 9. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and supporting collection and project management activities when needed. 10. Making offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. 11. Confirming appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions. Requirements Ideally you'll hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering with Sales experience of minimum 3 years in Motors and Generators Business. You should be techno-commercially very competent. Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic will be added advantage.
