As a Training Supervisor You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company objectives. They play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to drive organizational success. 

The position involves: 

  • Analyze organizational training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Design and conduct work-related training and development programs.
  • Guide employees in their journey of working on the gaps in their skills.
  • Deliver training programs.
  • Maintain records and provide participants with feedback


Skills

We are Looking for someone with the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a Training Supervisor in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of training methodologies and automotive systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
  • Leadership qualities to supervise training staff.
  • Proficiency in training software and tools.
  • Analytical skills to assess training needs.
