iSchool, a leading e-learning company that teaches programming and artificial intelligence to students from 6 to 18 years old, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent at iSchool, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our students, parents, and teachers. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical support, processing registrations and payments, and addressing general questions about our programs. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.



Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with onboarding, registration, and payment processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and software.
  • Provide guidance to parents and teachers on student progress and program information.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams, including Curriculum, Marketing, and Sales, to enhance customer service.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of customer interactions, and escalate any issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell program packages to potential customers.
