As a Marketplace senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in allocating cars and optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights and targets.you will work closely with strategy and planning team and other stakeholders to maximize sales, revenues and profitability
What you'll do
Receives Retail and wholesale monthly targets (Volumes, Revenues & Margins) from strategy and planning team.
Translate sales targets to monthly / daily sales and buy targets per each channel.
Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance, trends, and insights to senior management.
Monitor & adjust the vehicle allocation and targets across all channels.
Plan inflow of refurbishment and publishing volumes
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance , or a related field.
8+ years of proven experience in commercial planning, strategic planning, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Proficient in market research techniques, data analysis, and forecasting.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
