Our client: A leading E-commerce solutions company is looking to hire a Marketplace Management Lead to be based in Dubai.
Your role: You will spearhead the brand integration and negotiate partnerships. Drive online sales and profitability through strategic sales planning and execution. As the main liaison between brands and marketplace category managers, cultivate strong partnerships and manage day-to-day operations. Implement monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor sales performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise and execute sales improvement strategies tailored to assigned brands. Proactively promote the products/services to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives. Utilize your skills to close new business deals by coordinating requirements effectively.
Must have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. With 2+ years of proven experience in marketplace management, particularly in eCommerce. Demonstrate a strong grasp of online marketplace dynamics, leveraging best practices to drive sales and enhance visibility effectively. Possess an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights, optimizing performance. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be pivotal in building and maintaining relationships with marketplace partners. Attention to detail, organizational prowess, and project management abilities are crucial. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with marketplace tools like Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Portal, etc., is advantageous. While fluency in Arabic is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
