Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
Help us shape the future of communications by:
Supporting clients and end-users with network administration. Securing production access for internal users. Configuring stable VPNs and continuously monitoring them. Understanding of the distributed systems, and understanding of the interactions and dependencies among the components. Contributing to discussions and brainstorming with high-quality ideas that result in adoption and improvements. Proactively sharing knowledge and helping your team evolve into a better team and bring better service quality to our clients.
Job requirements
What you'll bring:
Hands-on 3+ years of relevant network experience. Experience working with most of the following brands/technologies: CISCO (router, switch, ASA), Fortigate, ELK, Cloudflare, PRTG, Nagios, and SMPP. Good knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP, SNMP, HSRP, VRRP, NAT/PAT, IPSEC, and NTP. Good knowledge of AWS site-to-site VPN configuration and troubleshooting. Fluency in English and excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, or a related discipline or the equivalent. Good knowledge of networks, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies. Previous work experience at an ISP or system integrator company is a plus. A CCNP certificate is a big plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
