Own the high level overall view of the Infrastructure (Architecture, processes, maintenance, etc…) Develop and maintain architecture documents Arbitrate requests for new functionalities and coordinate the evaluation of implementation alternatives mainly in the context of TTM projects Review and monitor development and test plans and results for individual product components Validate or design the Cloud Architecture for the new integration Urbanism, contribution & reviews to HLDs Contribute to developments for infra part (CMD, PS1, Win Config) Transmit & follow up SWAN to OCB for new infra needs build Manage the life & evolution of CICv2 VM templates Infrastructure Technical Support to Customers BUILD OCB infrastructure Support to Customer RUN Hosting Capacity Security Customizations requests Information on the existing and processes around RVTool report monthly parsing (on virtualization) Solarwinds report monthly parsing (on Orion) Solarwinds back-office NPM Console events Firewall audits Implementation Project follow up with OCB/CIC actors to deliver on time Plan and evaluate cross-component integrations and related tests Monitor internal and external customer feedback relevant to the architecture Monitor market and technology trends and product development plans regarding platform technology partners Engage with other OBS functions (e.g., CIS, BI, CS&O, and IT&S) to make recommendations how the service architecture should evolve in response to customer feedback and profitable market opportunities Work closely with engineering team, to guarantee proper support. about you



Minimum of 12 + years of experience in Professional Services, solution design, Subject Matter Expert & process development in the global communications and services industry. Including at least 5 years of previous experience in IT service design and improvement. Microsoft/Linux system admin experience. CCNA Infrastructure implementation experience (HP blades, HP systems) 5 Years VMWARE implementation and configuration experience. Backup solutions expert (SAN) Strong Knowledge of Service Management activities. Knowledge of Orange portfolio of Products & Services Ability to deal with a large and demanding customers under tight timeframes. Team working, conflict management, presentation skills. Knowledge and understanding of selling in an indirect or direct channel model. Flexibility and openness to new technical and commercial processes. Participating in new process creation committees to guarantee proper handover and interlock required between presales, delivery and operations Understanding different markets requirements, and provide feedback for offer development or enhancement for certain markets or verticals Knowledge of MS Office, Projects, World, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Access. B.Sc. Communication or Computer Engineering Degree MBA / master degree or equivalent.

Support the enhancement of the solution integration processes, to optimize time and ensure quality deliverables including low level design and solution implementation plans. Contribute to the development and optimization of the delivery tools. Analysis of the impact of new product processes and operational tools, provides the necessary validation and application to business experts
