Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring an Office Manager
What will you do?
- Act as the CEO’s first point of contact with internal and external clients, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Manage the CEO’s calendars and set up meetings, schedule meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient use of the executive’s time.
- Act as a liaison for the executive team, coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that all relevant parties are kept informed of the CEO’s decisions and directives.
- Coordinate and follow up on action points of minutes of meetings from management meetings. This includes tracking progress, ensuring timely completion, and reporting status to the CEO.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data. Maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings. This includes taking minutes during meetings and ensuring follow-up on action points.
- Provide high-level administrative support by performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
- Plan, organize, and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons, client dinners, and other corporate events.
What will you need?
- 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager to a senior executive.
- BA in any related field.
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
