Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all projects and analyzing requirements, budget, and time.
• Kick off the project with the internal team and with the customer.
• Coordinates the day-to-day activities as planned, and acts as single point of contact for the customer in a positive and timely manner.
• Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the agreed.
• Coordinate and assign tasks with the support of the team Leader to team members to fulfill plans and meet deadlines while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established plans.
• Mentor and train the team's junior engineers on Preparation and deliver report and Show solutions.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
• Provide reports for planned effort per project, and per resource.
• Help sales display the organization's capabilities to prospective customers.
• Championed the growth of business with existing and prospective customers by understanding their business models, operations, and internal challenges.
• Continue maintaining relationships with customer contacts in collaboration with sales, during and beyond project delivery.

Qualification and skills:

• More than 3 years of experience as project manager in Cyber Security felid or technology industry preferred.
• PMP certified is considered as a plus.
• Familiarity with cyber security, software, networking, data and web.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong working knowledge of project management tools.
• Self-starter with results oriented, proactive management approach
• Ability to learn on the job quickly and desire to develop expertise in cyber security.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
• Bring innovative thinking to project management, constantly seeking new and creative solutions to challenges.
• Ability to develop prototypes to test project concepts and ideas.
• Proficiency in business analysis and understanding the requirements.
• Candidates should have the flexibility to work in inside or outside Egypt.
