+ Define and implement reporting frameworks and KPIs to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
+ Develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.
+ Define orange Egypt reporting and insights strategy: data marts, data visualization tools,
+ Collaborate with RA, RB, fraud teams for analytics requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong technical skills in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience with customer analytics, segmentation, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of analysts and data scientists. Experience in the telecommunications industry or related fields is a plus. Very good English both written & spoken. Advanced SQL Good knowledge of BI and DWH, datalakehouse solutions Good knowledge of Big Data, Python, Spark, Past expereince in telecom operators and service providers is preferred Good programming and debugging skills. Good problem solving skills. Leadership skills
