ISP Financial Accountant Role Profile

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting 
  • Expert in managing financial accounting in ERP environment, as per the accounting standards and Indian GAAP of all our group companies.
  • Experienced in managing Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, GL accounting, Fixed Assets and banking.
  • Ensure that all entries are being supported with proper bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure intercompany accounting and Balance Sheet reconciliations are done on monthly basis.
  • Ensure monthly closure of the books happens on time, with high level of accuracy and completeness.
  • Review monthly GLs and payroll process and ensure 100% accuracy in books of account.
  • Assist in completing audits of group companies and compliances are managed as per regulatory timelines.
Financial Reporting 
  • Expert in preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) of the Company in line with the statutory requirements and timelines. Ensure all financial information is backed by schedules and notes.
  • Deep insights to the P&L and Balance Sheet to ensure that all items are scrutinized on a monthly basis and corrective actions are taken, wherever needed.
Optimization of Systems and Processes
  • Ensure company policies and processes are being followed by all the departments in financial transactions.
  • Ability to strengthen the existing policies and processes that bring financial control and governance in the system to ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
  • Working knowledge in ERP systems in organization having multiple entities is required.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Candidate should be a qualified chartered accountant (CA) having post qualification experience of 3-5 years in financial accounting. Candidate should have experience of working in large or mid size and complex organisation or experienced in consulting firms where the candidate got experienced working with the clients similar to us.
  • Strong accounting skills, advance knowledge about accounting standards and GAAP
  • Experienced in working with large data base.
  • Experienced in working with ERP systems and tools.
  • Strong team player, understanding that you deliver as a team, and it is always best when you collaborate to find solutions to problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and consistently, with effective listening and excellent writing skills.
  • Self-initiative, well time-managed and detailed oriented
