Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Sales Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce loan products and services.
Explain loan options, terms, and conditions to interested customers.
Gather necessary information from customers to assess their eligibility for loans.
Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Languages required: Manageable english+ excellent hindi
