    The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers the graduates a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training. Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talent for a one year graduate program that will be integrated into a full time permanent position. We will give this opportunity to highly qualified candidates that we believe can make a difference to the future development of Jotun.
    The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take the graduates through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. Selected candidates will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside their home location within the MEIA region.

    Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia is celebrating 28 years in Saudi Arabia. Jotun Saudi has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu and 5 sales offices and warehouses around the kingdom and plays a very important role in Jotun’s activities globally and within the Middle East. As a part of the Jotun MEIA graduate program, we are looking for a Sales Executive in the Decorative Projects Sales department reporting to the Area Sales Manager – Deco Projects Central Region.

    Responsibility
    ■Attract new customers by conducting frequent visits to potential customers and following up on leads at mega, large and medium sized projects.
    ■Promote the Single Source Solution (SSS) concept and sell the Jotafloor products to projects within allocated geographical territories through regular visits and good customer relationships.
    ■Obtain market information and follow up on projects to ensure Jotafloor products are used and they complement the decorative project segment.
    ■Keep excellent customer relationship by conducting regular visits, responding to customer enquiries and complaints and answering technical service requirement regarding our Jotafloor products.
    ■Coordinate and arrange training programs to the professional applicators to execute the painting jobs and promote Jotafloor range in the decorative project segment.

    Qualifications
    ■Saudi nationals only (Saudization program)
    ■Academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
    ■1-3 years of relevant experience in sales
    ■Personal skills such as initiative, independence, ability to build networks, excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as leadership potential.
    ■Good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages.
    ■Active supporter of Jotun values.
