Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales with a strong background in IT sales and project delivery to lead our operations in the Saudi market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Saudi market.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends in Saudi.
  4. Lead the sales process from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
  5. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our IT solutions and services.
  6. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts, adhering to company pricing and contractual policies.

Delivery:

  1. Oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to clients in Saudi, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Saudi, managing client expectations and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project delivery.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operations teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Conduct regular project reviews and status updates with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to track progress and address any deviations from the project plan.

Travel:

  1. Travel frequently from India to Saudi for business meetings, client visits, and project engagements, as required.
  2. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows in Saudi to promote our products and services and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry contacts in Saudi through in-person meetings and networking activities.
