    Job Description

    Presents & sells company real estate projects directly to potential clients to meet business targets . - conduct presentations to customers and respond to their inquiries. -Provide prompt & accurate information to customers. - Develop & maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. -Generate new leads and referrals resulting from sales activities. - Prepare a variety of status reports including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals . - maintain high standards of personal integrity.

    3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing industry is a must .

    Able to effectively outline product features & benefits . Excellent oral presentation skills . Confident & proactive sales approach . Negotiate & close deals effectively .
