Job Description

Medical Billing company working internationally looking for motivated employees to join our health insurance claims team in Amman:

*** Client Care Specialist (Fluency in English is a must) ***

Job Overview: as a Client Care Specialist, you will be working closely with USA healthcare providers, patients and insurance companies to review and process medical insurance claims to ensure accurate reimbursement for healthcare services, answer their inquiries, provide support and handle advanced cases as needed. Verify compliance with insurance policies and regulations.

Skills

  • Education: preferred BA in medical fields or business.
  • Work experience: customer care (preferred in medical fields), medical insurance, international companies, or any related field. Preferred 3-10 years’ experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed. 
  • Medical aspect: ability to analyze medical reports, diagnoses and claims is a plus.
  • General skills: analytical skills, problem solving, high accuracy, computer skills, ability to deal with different software/technologies, strong attention to details. 
  • Languages: fluency in English is a must (reading/writing), speaking (US accent) is a plus.
