Job Description
Arkan Al-Kuwait Real Estate company in Kuwait is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis reports to support decision-making, The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted financial results.
- Provide support in the development of financial strategies and plans, including capital budgeting and investment decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for board meetings and investor relations activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information for special projects and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CFA or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
