- Provide advice, and guidance on improving form and using gym equipment

- Ensure client safety during fitness sessions
- Lead one-on-one and small-group fitness sessions with clients
- Monitor the use of fitness equipment to ensure client safety
- Demonstrate fitness techniques and train clients to use gym equipment properly
- Explain and enforce safety and hygiene guidelines during each session
- Good knowledge of physical exercise and human physiology to determine appropriate workout plans according to client's needs and goals
Design individual fitness plans to meet clients' goals
Instruct clients in proper form and technique of exercises
