HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure that the HVAC systems meet the specific requirements and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing HVAC systems based on client requirements and building specifications.
2. Calculating heating and cooling loads to determine the appropriate size and capacity of equipment.
3. Preparing cost estimates and project schedules for HVAC installations and upgrades.
4. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure that HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
5. Selecting and specifying HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and ductwork.
6. Overseeing the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
7. Conducting site visits to assess existing HVAC systems and troubleshoot any issues.
8. Providing technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues regarding HVAC systems.
9. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in designing and installing HVAC systems.
3. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.
4. Proficiency in HVAC design software and other relevant engineering tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
9. Professional certification in HVAC engineering is a plus.
