• Assist the cook with ingredient preparation as well as perform all washing and cleaning duties

• Assisting in inventory, Removing the garbage, Cleaning chiller, freezers and storage room

• Record notable food wastages

Follow FIFO, Comply with all food health and safety regulations

Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas

Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, equipment's

Organizing and correctly storing food supplies
