As a Product Support Engineer (Service Sales), he will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our heavy construction machinery. His main responsibilities will include boosting the service department revenue through selling service contracts, and minor and major repair jobs, providing on-site support to customers, and collaborating with other department teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction with strong sales skills background.
Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years of experience in GCC, preferably in the service field of heavy construction machinery and commercial trucks.
