  • Effectively maintain a streamlined flow of all inward and outward communication to ensure optimum functioning of the company.
  • Track the touring requirements and costs of the company's employees with the help of relevant reporting tools and software.
  • Discuss a detailed timetable of current and upcoming meetings with the top-level management to maintain timely addressal of crucial decisions.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.
  • Facilitate visitors by guiding them to the respective destination in the company.
