Senior Financial analyst

Our company is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company's financial goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights on financial performance, trends, and forecasts
2. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate investment opportunities
3. Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide guidance on financial implications of business strategies
5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of financial goals and targets
6. Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, and make recommendations to enhance financial performance
7. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, such as profitability, liquidity, and solvency
8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis
9. Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders
10. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
3. Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts
4. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel
5. Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Strong communication and presentation skills
9. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
10. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
