Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
2. Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels, including conducting regular physical inventories.
3. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
5. Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
6. Supervise and train warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks.
7. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipping, or receiving.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the warehouse.
10. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping metrics.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
3. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
4. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficient in using warehouse management software.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
9. Experience in implementing process improvements and cost-saving measures.
10. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
