Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in the water and diesel distribution industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in invoicing and following up with clients. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding water and diesel distribution services
  2. Assist customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  3. Create and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  4. Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies
  5. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database
  6. Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve their concerns
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to water and diesel distribution
  9. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and suggestions for improvement
  10. Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Experience in Wizard software is an advantage
  2. Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  6. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  8. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
  9. Experience in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions
