JOB OBJECTIVE

As DevOPS, you will participate in the different phases of Thales Digital Transformation Projects by ease deployment of Data Products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• System skillset: 

  
  

  • System Administration basic skillset (services, ssh, user management, apache / tomcat administration, …) 

    
    

  • System Administration advanced skillset (IPtables, scripting, advanced kernel tuning, ...) - 

    
    

• DevOps tooling advanced skillset: 

  
  

  • Using GIT 

    
    

  • Using and administrating CICD tools 

    
    

  • Deploying and setup of CICD 

    
    

• Infrastructure as code skillset: 

  
  

  • IaC Testing (server spec, ansible tests) 

    
    

  • Automate Azure resources provisioning with Terraform. 

    
    

  • Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible. 

    
    

• Cloud skillset: 

  
  

  • Azure (Mandatory)

    
    

  • GCP (Nice to Have)

    
    

• Network basics: 

  
  

  • LAN architecture (CIDR, vLAN, routing, NAT) 

    
    

  • DNS and SSL (internal, external)

  • Authentication & Authorization Fundamentals (Oauth, OpenIDConnect,)

    
    

• Build for the Run: 

  
  

  • Deploy and administrate monitoring and alerting tooling. 

    
    

  • Craft monitoring and alerting thresholds. 

    
    

  • Deploy and administrate a log concentration tool.  

    
    

  • Create custom  Monitoring dashboard. 

    
    

  • FinOps

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Tools: Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Azure, MS BI, Talend  

Expertises: CI/CD notions, Data Modeling, Agile

Educational: In a master’s degree in computer science/statistics/mathematics fields
