Engineer Head of Maintenance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer Head of Maintenance to join our team in Bekaa, Lebanon. As the Engineer Head of Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our organization. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, developing and implementing maintenance programs, and ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in maintenance management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all machinery and equipment
2. Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
3. Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities
4. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement preventive maintenance measures
5. Oversee the procurement of spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities
8. Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutions
9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance maintenance processes

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management
3. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of machinery and equipment
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills
5. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
9. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
