Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business One Administrator to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. As an SAP Business One Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SAP Business One system, ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and provide technical support and guidance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of SAP Business One and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and administer the SAP Business One system, including system configuration, user management, and security settings.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Assist with system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring all modules and functionalities are up to date.
  5. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  6. Train users on SAP Business One functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  7. Develop and implement best practices for system usage and optimization.
  8. Collaborate with external consultants and vendors for system enhancements and integrations.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in SAP Business One to identify opportunities for system improvements.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience as an SAP Business One Administrator or similar role.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of SAP Business One, including system configuration, user management, and security settings.
  4. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  8. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  9. Knowledge of other ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP ECC, is a plus.
