Industrial Engineer

Hexcel is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Casablanca, Morocco location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

• Ensure production area process are running respecting EHS rules and improve them
• Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency
• Designs efficient production processes and workflows, and ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Reduces waste, addresses production issues, and review production schedules, processes, and specifications
• Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes
• Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues
• Works with other departments to develop and design production standards, and generates process documentation and reports
• Prepares production  KPI analysis and develop/follow action plans
• Improve daily direction setting in operation in a continuous improvement mindset
• With engineering department review plant layout to ensure optimized flow in production work cell
• Helps to develop instruction manuals for production personnel, and support on training, coaching and developing them

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
• Engineering degree
