Looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled F&B Assistant to join our team. We don't just want someone to fill a position; we want someone who can bring their unique flair and contribute to our exceptional service and guest experiences.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our various outlets, including our restaurant, bar, and room service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
• Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including banquets and conferences.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in food and beverage service.

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with transferable skills from other customer service roles.
• A passion for food and beverages, with a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills. You need to be able to engage with guests and provide them with unforgettable experiences.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
• Flexibility in working hours as this role may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
