A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 

• Inspire and lead a team of F&B professionals: Motivate and mentor our talented team of waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional service.
• Deliver flawless service: Set the standard for service excellence by ensuring all F&B operations meet or exceed company standards while maintaining an efficient and smooth flow.
• Create unforgettable experiences: Collaborate with our Executive Chef to design innovative menus and promotions that captivate our guests' taste buds and keep them coming back for more.
• Cultivate guest relationships: Build strong relationships with our guests, anticipating their needs, and going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards: Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, while consistently meeting our hotel's high-quality standards in food and beverage preparation and presentation.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends, as well as industry best practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for creating unique dining experiences.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a focus on maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
