Job Description

We are currently looking for Omani Nationals for the role as IT Support - Operations in Muscat. The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support Field


  • Participation in hardware/software rollout.
  • Offering support to install, update, modify, or fix required hardware issues.
  • Guiding users in rectifying the required hardware and software queries.
  • Facilitating the proper installment of hardware upgrades and associated activities.
  • Supporting the Operations in IT Related Issues.

Skills

  • Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
  • Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various components in the computing inventory.
  • Proven record of exhibiting excellent image deployment tasks at an enterprise level.
  • Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.
