Responsibilities
- Live monitoring on video feed and mark comments as per defined parameters
- Driver behaviour monitoring via video feed
- Mark alerts real-time and generate predefined email to concern haulier
- Call alert to haulier
- Keep records of violations
- Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
- Provide and respond to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties
