JOB TITLE: Data Entry Executive
DEPARTMENT: Business Development
REPORTS TO: Team Lead
PURPOSE:
A Data Entry Executive (DEE) plays a crucial role in an organization's administrative and operational functions. DEE’s primary purpose is to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data is entered into the organization's systems and databases. Some of key responsibilities include:
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Scrape bulk data from LinkedIn.
- Extract potential contact information.
- Validate the extracted data.
- CRM Management.
- Achieve target of 1.5 – 2K ready data per day.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a Software house.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Familiarity with manual scrubbing of bulk data.
