JOB TITLE: Data Entry Executive


DEPARTMENT: Business Development


REPORTS TO: Team Lead


PURPOSE:
A Data Entry Executive (DEE) plays a crucial role in an organization's administrative and operational functions. DEE’s primary purpose is to ensure that accurate and up-to-date data is entered into the organization's systems and databases. Some of key responsibilities include:


KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:


  • Scrape bulk data from LinkedIn.
  • Extract potential contact information.
  • Validate the extracted data.
  • CRM Management.
  • Achieve target of 1.5 – 2K ready data per day.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a Software house.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with manual scrubbing of bulk data.
