Role: Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in the software industry, proficient in Scrum methodologies, executive reporting, and holding PMP certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize Scrum methodologies to facilitate Agile project management, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into project status, milestones, and key metrics.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software industry, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Certification in Project Management (PMP) highly preferred.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and best practices

1. Salary in SAR which is paid after applying conversion rates at that time salary disbursement.
