Job Description

  1. To oversee progress of branch sales and ensure achievement of departmental budgets/ targets.
  2. Maintain healthy relations with suppliers and ensure compliance of Franchisee Agreement.
  3. Project stock levels and replenishment considering market situation and lead time from factories. 
  4. New product introduction and launches in market.
  5. To visit existing clients and prospects in order to maintain/ further Al Khaleej's  business relations with its partners. 
  6. Analyzing market intelligence and appropriate positioning of products
  7. Formulation of sales strategies and business plan.
  8. Demonstrate and explain new Technologies and Products to customers in order to establish edge over competition and to offer solutions to customers. 
  9. Lead sales team towards achieving individual and collective targets, their performance monitoring/ evaluation.
