Architect (4 -6 Months Extendable Contract)

Contract length: 4-6 months Extendable.

Exp in architectural design process for infrastructure and utility
building projects.



Mandatory Requirements-

• 5 +years Exp 
• Proficiency in architectural design Principles and Practices.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar's local building codes and international building standards.
• Advanced skills in Revit software and other relevant design tools.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Expert knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Should Have Valid QID & Visa
• Based in Doha Qatar.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with architectural design manager / senior architects / team.
• Attend daily calls with senior architects / team to update the status and to resolve any technical issues.
• Follow policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Initiate requirements gathering, designing, and implementing client requirements.
• Developing architecture in line with clients needs, buildings usage, and environmental impact.
• Utilize 3D for Enhance project visualization.
• Finalize design within budgets and timelines.
