We are currently seeking an Architecture Engineering - Renovation Project

Location: Saudi Arabia - Jeddah/Rabig

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing the whole scope of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: You will be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. This includes coordinating with, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

• Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural finishes are installed and executed according to the project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations. 

• Procurement and Material Management: You will be responsible for procurement of materials and finishes, coordinating with suppliers, and managing the inventory to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials as per the project schedule. This includes reviewing and approving shop drawings, samples, and material submittals.

• Budgeting and Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the project budget, tracking costs, and ensuring that the project is executed within the allocated budget. This includes reviewing and approving contractor invoices, changing orders, and managing cost variations.

• Stakeholder Communication: You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders including the client, contractors, and suppliers. This includes conducting regular project meetings, providing progress updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
