  • Ensure that all sales activities meet legal and ethical standards.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in compliance with bank policies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional banking products.
  • Maximize the value of customer relationships through comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the bank regarding customer needs and preferences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to strategize for improved sales performance.

  • Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent in the banking sector.
