Job Description

  • Liaison officer between the company, the insurance company, and the policyholders to convey the status and eligibility for coverage of all pertinent claim
  • Examine insurance claims to make sure billing standards are fulfilled.
  • Responsible for generating repair referrals through coordination with accredited insurance companies
  • Assist in filing insurance claims, claims procedures, and dealings with insurance companies.
  • Maintain each insurance company's account receivable statement.
  • Carries out coordination with Team Leaders and Service Advisors
